Need Housing
Hello, I’m a member of the church and have been for over 20 years. I have a 10 and 12 year old and we currently live in a 1 bedroom in Laguna Niguel. The landlord just raised my rent again $400 to $2350 and I’m on month to month lease. This is a huge increase as she already raised my rent $100 two months ago in February. I have lived there for 8 years and always paid my rent on time even during pandemic. I never used any government housing assistance during pandemic as I have a permanent great job that I have been at for almost 10 years. Does anyone here at church have a rental that my children and I could rent for a little less than the $2350 my landlord is charging and hopefully a year or longer lease?
