6 Easy Steps to Get Started

 

1. Contact Us 

We have two locations and contact people, depending on whether you are east or west of the Mississippi River. Use our Contact page to start a conversation.

2. Select a Date 

We have limited availability each year, yet our desire is to bring the Tabernacle Experience to as many communities as possible!

3. Sign and Submit 

Sign and submit the Tabernacle Experience Agreement paperwork along with the first deposit of $2500. Once the agreement is signed we’ll have our team ready to hit the road towards you! 

4. Establish Your Prayer Team 

Gather commitment from individuals in your church to pray over the event.

5. Recruit Volunteers

The Tabernacle Experience provides a platform for your church community to work together as a team. Form your team early to ensure each day is fully staffed and ready for visitors. We’ll supervise the set up and the break down.

6. Get the Word Out

We’ll work with you to develop an effective public relations campaign to generate community participation! Show the 2 minute Promo Video to your church. Get started with our promotional materials and downloads. Take Posters to local merchants, send out Invitations and Postcards to local Pastors, churches and schools.
